Earlier this year

Here are a couple pieces from my iMac I did this year, 2006.
One is a pattern of circles with a very specifically chosen series of colors.
In a sense it is Optical art. But more of a color study and graphic design.

I plan on painting a table top with the OP art design.

The bird painting was an experiment to see if I could paint a bird out of my head and more palette explorations.
